We keep this simple: we only collect what you send us, and we use it to reply.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone if you include it, and whatever details you share about a property or search. We also see basic, anonymous traffic information such as which pages get visited, so we know what's useful.

How we use it

To answer you, to send the listings or information you asked for, and to help you buy or sell a home. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Who else sees it

The services that make this site work: our website host, the form service that delivers your message, our email provider, and our customer records. When you book a call, that runs through our scheduling tool. Listing information on the search pages comes from the multiple listing services we belong to. Each of these has its own privacy policy.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function and to count visits. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and receives your device and page-visit information. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Keeping and deleting

We keep client records as long as we're required to as licensed brokers, and inquiry records as long as they're useful. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we're required to keep it.

Email us at thegroup@windermere.com or call (509) 904-7174 to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and change the date below.
